Haha, I've been slacking on this poor thread for a while now. e.e; My apologies!
To start this thing up again, I bring you some of the most awesome news I've heard in a while~ =D
'Phoenix Wright' Heads Back To DS
Fans of esoteric legal wrangling and multiple-choice adventure will be very happy this this September, when Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations hits America. This is the third episode in the cult-popular series, and will feature the ability to yell "OBJECTION!" at your Nintendo DS and have the thing actually listen.
Gameplay will feature the investigation phase, where players investigate (natch!) crime scenes and gather evidence; and a court phase, where cases are sited and evidence gathered.
TheFeed spoke with Guy Brannum about the game because he is an honest-to-god lawyer, licensed to practice in the state of California.
TheFeed: Is being a lawyer fun?
Guy Brannum: No. Except when I can frighten and intimidate people.
TF: Who have you frightened?
GB: Um...
TF: Have you ever looked at a judge in a court case and been like: "I'm out of order? YOU'RE out of order! This whole damn court is out of order!"
GB: No, but I once told a judge he had me at "hello."
TF: Are you excited that there will finally be a third Phoenix Wright game? The world has been waiting a long time.
GB: I'm excited. As a fan of legal problems, text adventures and cool hairstyles, I can't wait.
TF: Would you ever be one of those late-night-infomercial lawyers and fight to get me the settlement I deserve?
GB: Yes. Even if you aren't at fault! Hablo espanol.
TF: Can I sue you for punitive damages?
GB: No.

'Super Smash Bros Brawl' In 2007
That's right, kids! There were rumors of a delay, but it's coming on time: Nintendo president Reggie Fils-Aime personally confirmed Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be coming to a Wii near you in 2007.
The fighting game joins other Nintendo heavy hitters-- Super Mario Galaxy and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the DS--on the slate for release this Kwanzaa shopping season.
Thanks, Nintendo. It's about time some sweet games are added to the Wii's arsenal.
GameSpot: Super Smash Bros. Brawl re-confirmed for '07

Screen Protects TVs From Wii-Motes
If you're anything like these guys, you throw your Wii-motes around your palatial estate with abandon, everytime you play Super Paper Mario. Broken high-def TVs are replaced by your robot maid (anatomically correct!) and everything is happy.
If you're anything like the rest of the world, however, your expensive TV is actually important to you in some way, and you don't want a cracked-out screen; that's where the above-pictured TV protector comes it.
The LCDArm is a shield for your TV. Its manfacturer claims its impact-resistant Safety Shield passes through 98% of light and reduces UV, all the while acting as a shield for your precious television set.

And finally, the big kahuna of Nintendo News!
Nintendo Releases Summer Schedule
Nintendo released their summer schedule this morning, and I think you'll be spending a lot of time indoors if you own a Wii or a DS. A cool 50 new games are dropping before the usual holiday glut of titles.
For the Wii, Metroid Prime 3 Corruption and both Tiger Woods and Madden '08 top the list of games that I'm sure you'll want to play, and for the DS, Brain Age 2 (Yeah, I need training e.e), three new Mega Man games and Namco Classics (80s arcade games and the DS are a perfect match) will keep everyone occupied.
Because it is obligatory for me to include some ridiculous titles: Watch for Nancy Drew and The Deadly Secret of Olde World Park, Pet Luv Spa & Resort Tycoon, and Holly Hobbie and Friends as well. It's okay, I know you care. ;D
I'm also going to make a strange prediction: High School Musical: Sing It! may be more fun than you would think. If it integrates motion controlling and sappy pop songs correctly, it could prove the party hit of the summer. You never know! Elite Beat Agents pulled it off, even with a less-than-steller soundtrack.
Anywho, I'll stop ranting and give you guys what you really want. TEH LIST!

A Wiimbledon Grows in Brooklyn
Leave it to those crafty kids in Brooklyn to come up with an awesome way to waste time. They've started a Wii Tennis tournament called Wiimbleton. Get it?! Aha, yeah..
The contest, which will take place in a bar somewhere in Brooklyn the weekend before the actual Wimbledon, features prizes and...beer.
Sign ups are already underway, so if you want to get in to battle other hipsters at Wii Tennis, you better get while the getting is good.
I'm going to guess the highlights will be when the little Miis get upset and look like the Peanuts characters. That, and when one of the Wiithaletes gets embarassingly drunk and whaps his remote into the TV.
See you at The French, Ninja Turtles~! XD
The Last Boss: New York Wiitard Tournament: Wiimbledon

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for the Wii
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers is an upcoming Wii RPG by Square Enix. It is a sequel to the unreleased Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates for the Nintendo DS.
The game is being designed to take advantage of all of Wii's unique features. While there are yet no details on exactly how certain features will be implemented, it can be assumed that the motion-sensitive controller will play an integral role in user interaction. But it is unknown if the gaming style will be similar to the original Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (by being a real-time fighting game), or to typical Final Fantasy games, by being a turn-based RPG.
The trailer released at Square Enix's pre-E3 press conference is short, but it contains a lot of little tidbits of information. One major development is the presence of steam punk-style airships, which give off green smoke. This suggests that, as in other Final Fantasy games, they are powered by some magical element, possibly miasma. (Incidentally, this is very similar to the airships of Final Fantasy IX, which were powered by the poisonous 'Mist') A group of three crystal caravans is shown a few moments later, similar in style to those seen in the original Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles game. After that is a short clip of a young Clavat holding what appears to be one of the miasma-repelling crystals, except that it is not attached to a chalice. Lastly, a dragon-like creature spreads its wings over a waterfall, engulfed in flames. Many believe this creature to be Bahamut, one of the most powerful summons in most Final Fantasy games, which leads to speculation of summoning magic being added to Crystal Bearers.
As of May 2007, new details and screenshots of the game have surfaced, showing a new hero and a redesigned, realistic art style.
The trailer mentioned above may be found below~ =3

And here's another, which is a bit longer, and, well.. cooler!

Yeah, I'm excited for it! I can see it turning out much better since the Wii kicks the unholy gawds out of the Gamecube. One can only hope. ;D
Here's another article for you guys do digest!
Sony Down and Out in Japan
In Japan, Sony had its worst sales month ever. Although sales figures for May in the states aren't out yet, the numbers coming in from across the Pacific paint a bleak picture for the future of the PS3.
Beleagured by problems, the PS3 pushed only 82,000 units, while the Wii 360,000 systems. To add insult to injury, the Nintendo DS outsold the PSP 5-1.
But, you wanna hear something even more ridiculous? Coming in a distant third was the Xbox 360 selling only 11,082 units.
Sony: At least our sales suck a little bit less than Microsoft's...in Japan.
GameDaily Biz: Japan: Wii Beats PS3 5-1 in May
Edit: Because this TOTALLY applies to the article..

Found the trailer for FFIV remake for DS, and wow, if the game has cutscenes anything like this, which I doubt, but I can dream >.>, the game will be phenominal, I have the FFIV GBA game, but it was one of my favorite FF games, so I'll definately get the DS version as well. Just wish they would have remade FFVI or FFVIII ^^;;

In case anyone was curious, here's the translation for the trailer:
